Ooops! Something will have slipped up, but don’t hold it against us, please. We apologise and ask you not to sign for the package. The delivery company will return it to us and we will get in touch with you promptly to send you a new one.


When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an informative email with a Thai post or EMS tracking number (our delivery company). You can track your order directly on the delivery company’s website that we provide for you.

Our products are manufactured in Vietnam with real love. We are responsible for the entire manufacturing process and care for our employees with the same love we devote to our designs. Each of the people who contribute to manufacturing form part of our family.

We use premium materials that we select carefully, combining hand-crafted processes with latest-generation technology. A blend of love and passion that turns our products into unique pieces.


If you want to change the model, then you have to make a return of the first order and order the new model as you did previously. Although the shoes you choose has the same price that the one you want to change, the process is the same.


As a member of our Satori Family, changes and returns do not have delivery costs.

Models sold at Honest Sales cannot be changed. Only returns are possible.


From the reception of your purchase you have 14 days to return it or change the size.


Definitely. We want you to be happy, so we believe that returning should be as easy as purchasing. You can return your purchase before using it, as long as you do so in the same conditions as you received it, with the shoe box and all its accessories in perfect condition.

Products purchased during private sale do not accept change, only return.



The rejection period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product purchased. For more information, consult the appropriate section.

  1. Request Change or Return

    Log in to your Satori Family account and request the return or change in the section “Your returns”.

    Choose the order and select the model or models to return, giving the reason, collection address, day and time period when you want us to collect your order. If you want to change the size, tell us which new size to send you. ;)

  2. Prepare the package

    When you request a change or return, you will receive an email with a return number (RMA). Write this on the return label that came when you received the order, and stick it to the package (substituting the previous label).

    Protect the order so it is not damaged and make sure you send us the product exactly as you received it (in its original package and with all its elements). If you return more than one item, send them to us all in the same carton. ;)

  3. Return your order

    Wait for the courier to pick up the package as you have requested.

  4. Receive refund or change

    Once we receive it and check it is all correct, we will notify you by email and provide the refund or change of size.

    IMPORTANT: Keep all documents together with your order to help us process the return. Remember you have 14 days in which to make returns.


You can track the progress of your return in your “Satori Family” account in the “Your Returns” section.


No two feet are alike, so with almost all of our footwear we provide a pair of extra insoles made of high-density EVA foam, which you can place (under the original ones) to keep your foot more snugly shod.


Our products delight in a short space of time and several purchasers may have their eye on the same model as you. So, it will not truly be yours until you confirm your order.

Our footwear conforms to European size standards, so we recommend you purchase the size you normally wear. In any case, some product files contain notes on your size if you have an unusual size.
